Whether you use a fascia tool, household objects or no equipment at all, you can make your fascial tissue more elastic and thus more functional with simple exercises. This can counteract tension and pain. Here you can find training cards to download and print. On each training card are 8 exercises. You can do the exercises one after the other and have a small training program or you can choose 2-3 exercises and do them only. Depending on how much time you have. Do 8-12 repetitions for moving exercises and hold static exercises for about 30 seconds. Depending on the time, you can do 1-3 rounds per exercise here.
