Even with simple exercises you can bring mobility into your daily work routine and counteract possible posture problems or back pain. In the article you learned that besides good mobility, stability is also crucial for our body. Therefore, we have prepared many exercises for mobility, but also a few for your stability. Here you can find training cards to download and print. On each training card are 8 exercises. You can do the exercises one after the other and have a small training program or you can choose only 2-3 exercises. Depending on how much time you have. Do 8-12 repetitions for moving exercises and hold static exercises for about 30 seconds. Depending on the time, you can do 1-3 rounds per exercises.
