Even simple exercises can help you train your feet during your daily work routine.  We developed a training card for healthy feet to download and print. On the training card you can find 8 exercises. Choose 2-3 exercises and try to integrate them regularly into your daily routine.

Do 8-12 repetitions for movement exercises and hold static exercises for about 30 seconds. Depending on the time, you can do 1-3 rounds per exercises.

The training is at your own risk. If you have an injury or pain during any exercise, please skip that exercise or consult a doctor.
